Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from iscatek.com you agree to be bound by these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. About us
iscatek is a UK-based seller of custom electronics and PCB modules operating at iscatek.com. For any queries contact us at hello@iscatek.com.
2. Products
We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, as our products are produced in small batches, there may be minor cosmetic variations between individual units (such as slight differences in PCB colour, component placement tolerances, or label alignment). These do not affect functionality and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify specifications, components, or designs between production runs without notice, provided the product continues to meet the described functionality.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details. Payment is taken at the time of order.
4. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order, not at the point of payment. You will receive an order confirmation email from Stripe; this is an acknowledgement only, not acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion — for example in the event of a stock error, pricing mistake, or if we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason. You will be notified and a full refund issued promptly.
5. Shipping
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 10 working days of payment being received. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
Carrier
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, although we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service. Tracking information will be provided where available.

We currently ship to the following countries:

We do not currently ship to countries not listed above.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.
6. Returns and cancellations
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a consumer purchasing online from a UK seller, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@iscatek.com within the 14-day period.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. The cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount for any diminished value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.
We will issue a full refund of the original purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@iscatek.com within 30 days of receipt. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement at our discretion. In the case of faulty goods, we will cover the cost of return postage.
7. Technical support
We will endeavour to answer technical questions about our products via hello@iscatek.com. Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis and is available for 12 months from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee a specific response time.
Any firmware, software, or example code provided with or alongside a product is supplied "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for verifying its suitability for your application before use in any production or safety-critical system.
8. Limitation of liability
Our products are designed and tested for their stated purpose. We accept no liability for damage, loss, or injury arising from use of our products outside their intended application, incorrect installation, operation beyond stated electrical ratings, or modification of the product.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in that order. This does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase made on iscatek.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you have the right under applicable law to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Orders placed before any change are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
